Cithrol™ PDO by Croda is a bio-based ester used as a carrier fluid in liquid color concentrates for improved pigment dispersion in LDPE and PVC. It provides emulsification, improves pigment wetting and flow as well as reduces pigment re-agglomeration. It acts at the pigment surface to improve compatibility with the polymer matrix. It is compatible with UV, polyolefins, acrylic, vinylic and styrenic systems. Cithrol™ PDO is applicable in liquid masterbatch. Cithrol™ 2DO by Croda is a dispersing agent.
