Cilrelease® 406E by CILBOND is a non-silicone aerosol designed specifically as a tyre building lubricant. It is non-contaminating and does not interfere with the adhesion of the bead wire or tread when the 'green' tyre carcass is on the building machine during assembly. Polymers to be release :nitrile, blend, butyl.
Typical application : seals, gaskets.
Recommended bulk. Semi-permanent water-based mould release agent free from silicone oils. Silicone mold releasing agent. Solvent-based mould sealing system free from silicone oils. Water-based wax release agent. Semi-permanent water-based mould release agent free from silicone oils. Water-based wax release agent. Silicone based Aerosol Release agent. Polymers to be release : fluorocarbon, blends, butyl.
Typical application : oil seals, nitrile.
