Keminox 179 by Chemipro Kasei is indered phenol-based anti-oxidant. Also acts as anti aging agent when used in polyolefins providing an excellent stability. It appears as a white powder. In addition, the inhibitory effect of large fiber surface area to the film leads to the yellowness caused by the nitrogen oxides (NOx) gases. Hindered phenol-based anti-oxidant therefore, shows an excellent oxidation resistance. It is also resistant to heat and is rich in compatibility. It appears as a white powder. It is very versatile and has low volatility. Organic material subject to oxidation like all plastic, synthetic fibers, elastomers, waxes and oils such as to exhibit an excellent effect.
