Celogen® AZ-760-A by CelChem is a free flowing, nonplateout azodicarbonamide. Used for HDPE and PP foam wire and cable insulation. Reduces loss of foaming agent efficiency during compounding. Celogen® AZ-760-A reduces downtime for cleaning operations by eliminating problems associated with foaming agent residue plateout.
Celogen® AZ-140 by CelChem is general-purpose azodicarbonamide. Celogen® AZ-140 is used as a chemical foaming agent for producing many types of polymeric closed-cell foam.
Celogen® AZ-120 by CelChem is an azodicarbonamide resin acting as a chemical foaming agent. Used in expanded plastic applications which require fine, uniform and closed cell structures.
Celogen® AZ-1901 by CelChem is used for crosslinked rubber and plastic foams.
Celogen® 780 by CelChem is an auxiliary foaming agent for sponge rubber and expanded plastic. It contains a very effective activation system including zinc oxide, zinc stearate and treated urea (BIK® OT). Designed for use with silicone gums in press molded & extruded profiles and tube applications. Celogen® 780 is non-discoloring and may reduce decomposition temperatures.
