IncroMax™ PS by Cargill acts as a processing aid and anti-scratch agent for styrenics. It provides mold release, scuff- and scratch resistance and surface quality enhancement. It migrates to the surface of the polymer where it forms a thin lubricating layer, which reduces the coefficient of friction between surfaces and reduces unwanted adhesion.

It offers improved de-nesting and packing of preforms.

It has a vegetable origin and can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in melt phase.

It is easy to process and produces fewer rejected parts and less waste.

It improves output rate, reduces temperature and extruder speeds in processing.

IncroMax™ PS is suitable for use in PMMA and clear/opaque HIPS and GPPS.

It is non-toxic and has no adverse effects on the physical properties of the
polymer and reduces manufacturing noise.

It is recommended for automotive-, houseware- and furniture plastics, cosmetics jars and bottles, food containers, trays, film production, and injection molding applications.

It has a shelf life of 365 days.

IncroMax™ 100 by Cargill acts as an internal lubricant, processing aid and friction modifier for polyethylene terephthalate (PET). It improves flow during processing and reduces energy consumption & coefficient of friction (high slip). It offers increased output rate, packing & de-nesting, scratch resistance, reduced scuff as well as 60% reduction in mold release force.

It provides medium slip, torque release and composite lubrication, while having no impact on optical clarity.

It can be dispersed evenly through the polymer in the melt phase that migrates to the surface of the polymer, where it forms a thin lubrication layer reducing unwanted adhesion.

It can be used to improve product quality and process efficiency in film & sheet extrusion and injection molding.

It is suitable for automotive, wood polymer composites, composites, and biopolymers.

Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5%.

It is used in PETg, PC, PBT, PLA & its blends and other bioplastics applications.

It has a shelf life of 1 year.

IncroMax™ 300 by Cargill acts as an internal lubricant, processing aid and friction modifier designed specifically for polycarbonate (PC). It offers increased output rate, slip performance, scratch resistance, reduced processing temperature and improved mold release.

It can be used to improve product quality and process efficiency in PC sheet, glazing and injection molding applications.

It provides improved flow during processing and reduced coefficient of friction with no impact on optical clarity.

IncroMax™ 300 is used in automotive plastics.

Recommended dosage level is 0.1-0.5%.

It has a shelf life of 1 year.

IncroMax™ 400 by Cargill acts as a friction control and anti-tack agent for high temperature or polar polymers at very low addition levels. It is suitable for film & sheet extrusion as well as injection molding applications. Offers anti-block properties, process lubrication, improved flow and improved mold release, with no impact on optical clarity. The compatible polymers are ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymers, styrenic polymers and polar polymers polyamides. IncroMax™ 400 is designed for use in engineering plastics and film production. The recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.2% in extrusion applications and 0.2-1% in injection molding applications. It has a shelf life of 365 days.
