BDT -1018 by Bomar is a dendritic acrylate. Exhibits very good chemical- & thermal (350°C) resistance and exceptional mechanical & physical properties. Possesses significantly low diluted viscosity than typical linear oligmers of comparable molecular weights. It mimics the performance of dendrimers, star- or ball-shaped polymers that are built up layer by layer, without all of the cost. BDT -1018 is more spherical than rod-shaped and would be used at 35 to 70% by weight in formulations.
