SILBIONE™ FLD 70047V30 000 by Elkem Silicones is a non-toxic, chemically inert, lubricant. It is also used as a raw material for medical devices. SILBIONE™ FLD 70047V30 000 displays good cutaneous tolerance and low surface tension. This linear polydimethylsiloxane provides resistivity to heat and aging by atmospheric agents (oxygen, ozone, water and light). It is food contact approved. The shelf life of the product is 36 months.
Methylalkylpolysiloxane. Acts as anti-adherent agent. Has outstanding lubricating properties, good compatibility with many products other than silicones. It appears from clear to slightly cloudy liquid. Thinners related to it are hydrocarbons, ketones and esters. Used for the mold release of plastics to be painted or glued and in die-casting under pressure (Aluminium, Zamak). It can be stored at a temperature of between -20°C and +50°C.
Bluesil™ HAC 5 by Elkem Silicones improves ash cohesion and fire resistance of silicone elastomers vulcanizing under heat, and particularly intended for safety cables. It is used from 4 to 16p weight in relation to 100p EVC mixture. The shelf life of Bluesil™ HAC 5 is 12 months.
