Zinc oxide. It acts as a dispersing agent, cross linking agent and a curing agent. It appears as a white or a little yellow powder as it is yellow at the high temperature and resume being white after cooling. It can improve the viscidity of rubber compound, and the adhesive force of materials such as the rubber and code fabric, etc. It is a kind of two characters oxides, i.e. dissolve in acid and alkaline solution, and insoluble in water or ethanol. It can make good dynamic performance as rubber is made with little deformation, low heat generation, high anti-abrasion. It has a good anti-oxide property and enables to make the rubber vulcanization more completely.
Carbon Black N550 by Better Chem is carbon black. It shows medium reinforcing, high modulus with hardness. It also shows low orifice expansion as well as smooth surface of extrusion. Carbon Black N550 is applicable for inner tube, cable & wire, conveyor belt, industrial rubber, rubber shoes and rubber tubes.
Precipitated or hydrated silica. It is a white carbon black and acts as reinforcing filler for rubber soles making the products of light color with transmissivity. It shows high purity, high fluidity, water absorption and flowing promotion. It can greatly improve the aging resistance, resilience and compressive deformation resistance of silicon rubber. It can also reduce the rolling resistance of tires and strengthen the holding power of tires on wet or icy ground.
