Erucamide by Belike Chemicals acts as a slipping agent, brightener, leveling agent, anti-statistic for thermal elastomer and for PE thermal dipping as well. It also acts as a processing aid for engineering plastic, softener for textile industry, lubricant, anti-adhesive agent for film and resin of BOPP, PP, CPP, LLDPE, EVA, EEA, PVC, and PA, etc. It offers good flowing property, high melting point and heat stability, thus it is suitable in high processing temperature. It is an excellent non-ionic surfactant with non toxic (with FDA certificate) and non corrosive features. It is a waxy solid, with long carbon chain, polar amide group and an unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure. Erucamide is insoluble in water, with some solubility in ketone, esters, alcohols, ether, benzene and other organic solvents.
