Lupranat® M 70 R by BASF is a solvent-free 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) monomer. It contains oligomers of high functionality and isomers. Lupranat® M 70 R is used for the production of rigid foam. Lupranat® MP 100/1 by BASF is diphenylmethane-diisocyanate monomer. Lupranat® MP 100/1 is suitable for the production of rebonded foam with superheated steam. Its shelf life is 6 months. Lupranat® M 10 R by BASF is diphenylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate (MDI) monomer. It is solvent-free grade. Lupranat® M 10 R is recommended for use in plastics. The shelf life of the product is 6 months. Lupranat® MM 103 by BASF is carbodiimide-modified diphenylmethane-4,4-diisocyanate (MDI) monomer. Lupranat® MM 103 is used for the production of polyurethanes. The shelf life of the grade is 6 months. Lupranat® ME by BASF is 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). It has low acidity. Lupranat® ME is designed for the manufacture of thermoplastic polyurethanes. It can be stored for at least 2 to 3 months. Lupranat® M 20 R by BASF is a solvent-free 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) monomer. It has relatively low reactivity. Lupranat® M 20 R is recommended for use in insulating foams, casting materials and binders. Its shelf life is 6 months. Lupranat® MI by BASF is a pure 2,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate. It has low acidity. It contains higher amount of 2,4 isomer than Lupranate® M Isocyanate or Lupranate® MS Isocyanate. It is used for the preparation of flexible, semi-flexible and microcellular urethane foams. Lupranat® MI has a functionality of 2.0 and is liquid at room temperature. Lupranat® M20S by BASF is a solvent-free 4,4’-diphenylmethane di-isocyanate
(MDI) monomer. It is used for the production of polyurethanes. It has a shelf life of 6 months. Lupranat® ZERO M 70 R by BASF is a renewable, aromatic methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). It is a greenhouse gas neutral with zero emissions and do not carry carbon dioxide backpack. Used for production of MDI polyisocyanurate panels and rigid polyurethane foam in the construction industry. Lupranat® ZERO M 70 R is certified with TÜV NORD and is an important step towards sustainability in the PU value chain. Lupranat® M50 by BASF is a solvent-free 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) monomer. Lupranat® M50 is suitable for the production of polyurethanes. Its shelf life is 6 months.
