Lupragen® N 208 by BASF is a low-VOC reactive catalyst. It is suitable for the production of polyurethane (PU) flexible, semi-rigid and rigid foams. It is firmly integrated into the PU polymer network during foam production so it cannot escape from the foam afterwards. It is used in flexible foams for mattresses and upholstery, more rigid foams for automotive interiors such as dashboards or armrests. Lupragen® N 700 by BASF acts as gelling catalyst. It is a very strong heterocyclic base. It acts as accelerator for hardening of epoxy and for foaming of less reactive polyurethane systems (e.g. aliphatic isocyanates). Lupragen® N 700 is used in flexible foam, rigid foam, CASE and microcellular foams. It has a high boiling (>250°C) which diminishes the smell of final products. Lupragen® N 101 by BASF is a liquid tertiary ethanol amine. It acts as a gelling catalyst with low residual odor. It inherits both, a tertiary amine and hydroxyl group. It accelerates the gel reaction during the formation of polyurethanes (PU) and free hydroxyl group binds chemically into the PU matrix. Lupragen® N 101 is used in rigid foam, spray foam, slabstock- and molded flexible foam. It is usually mixed with a blowing catalyst like Lupragen® N205. Lupragen® N 201 by BASF is a solution of triethylenediamine (TEDA) in dipropyleneglycol. It is used as a catalyst for polyurethane industry (flexible foam, semi-rigid foam and rigid foam). Lupragen® N 201 has a shelf life of 24 months. Lupragen® N 205 by BASF is a strong blowing catalyst. It accelerates the reaction between water and isocyanate. Lupragen® N 205 is used in the production of all kinds of polyurethane foams such as flexible foam, semi-rigid foam, rigid foam and spray foam. Lupragen® N 100 by BASF is a liquid tertiary aliphatic amine. It acts as a powerful gel catalyst and polyurethane catalyst. Its main application is rigid foam (insulation) and spray foam. Lupragen® N 100 is also used as catalyst for rubber such as NBS, natural rubber and latex. Lupragen® API by BASF acts as a low VOC polyurethane catalyst for flexible foam and semi-rigid foam. It can be incorporated into the polyurethane foam. Lupragen® N 500 by BASF is an aliphatic tertiary amine based polyurethane blowing catalyst. It is used in all kind of polyurethane systems such as flexible foam (slab & molded), semi-rigid foam and rigid foam. Lupragen® N 203 by BASF is a solution of 33% triethylenediamine (TEDA) in monoethyleneglycol. It is used as a catalyst for polyurethane industry (flexible foam, rigid foam, semi-rigid foam, spray foam and micro-cellular foam). Lupragen® N 400 by BASF is low VOC blowing catalyst. It is a tertiary amine with a free hydroxyl group. Lupragen® N 400 is used in polyurethane foam such as rigid foam (e.g. spray foam) to flexible foam (e.g. slabstock, packaging, automotive).
