EFKA® 8534 by BASF is a processing aid. It helps to prevent interfacial tension between hydrophilic pigments/extenders and binders. It offers short dispersion time, prevention of streaking and reduction of viscosity with the option of pigment/extender loading. It provides stabilization of the pigment dispersion and consequently constant color shades. EFKA® 8534 is compatible with all plasticized PVC-compounds. EFKA® 8533 by BASF is a blowing agent and conductive filler. It facilitates the incorporation of inorganic pigments. It offers strong reduction of the viscosity, reduced dispersion time, high pigment/filler loading and improved flow behaviour. It provides homogenous distribution of the solid particles, reduced sedimentation and storage stability. EFKA® 8533 is used in plasticisers and PVC-plastisols. EFKA® 8300 by BASF is an adhesion promoter, acrylic processing aid and wetting agent. It is a solvent-free polyacrylate. It offers stronger substrate wetting and good de-aeration properties. EFKA® 8300 provides good inter-coat adhesion and reduced surface tension. It exhibits good leveling performance in solvent-free epoxy and polyurethane systems (e.g. flooring). It is suitable for unsaturated polyester(BMC) and gel coats. EFKA® 8431 by BASF is a high molecular weight wetting- and dispersing agent for
both inorganic and organic pigments. It is a modified polyacrylate and is designed for the production of pigment concentrates on plasticizers. It offers much higher pigment loading, better flow behavior, color strength and reduced flooding with pigment mixture. EFKA® 8431 is used in plastisols where the reduced viscosity and better anti-flooding behavior. EFKA® 8503 by BASF is a wetting and dispersing agent. It is used in the dispersing process of fillers in glass fibre reinforced plastics. It offers physical properties like impact resistance especially in systems filled with aluminum hydroxide. EFKA® 8503 is used in SMC and BMC in other filled and reinforced compounds. EFKA® 8532 by BASF is a wetting and dispersing agent. Suitable for solid particles. It offers strong reduction of the viscosity and reduced dispersion time, higher pigment/filler loading and improved flow behaviour. It provides homogenous distribution of the solid particles, reduced sedimentation and improved storage stability. EFKA® 8532 is used in plasticizers and PVC plastisols. EFKA® 8640 by BASF is an efficient viscosity modifier for unfilled PVC plastisols in a wide range of shear rates. It offers low viscosity and improved de-aeration behavior. It provides a short evacuation time. EFKA® 8640 is suitable for a wide range of applications of CV flooring, dip- & rotation molding and wall coverings. EFKA® 8462 by BASF is a polymer processing aid. It offers dispersions of inorganic, organic and carbon black pigments. It provides improved color strength, pigment loading and better flow behavior. EFKA® 8462 is used in pigment concentrates for solvent-free PU and PVC systems. EFKA® 8536 by BASF is a processing aid. It helps to prevent interfacial tension between hydrophilic pigments/extenders and other hydrophobic binders. It offers reduced viscosity, prevention of streaking and stabilization of the pigment-dispersion and consequently constant color-shades. The low pigment paste viscosity allows high pigment and extender loading which results in positive handling properties. EFKA® 8536 is compatible with all plasticized PVC-compounds. EFKA® 8350 by BASF is a levelling agent. It exhibits good substrate adhesion, spreading and good de-aeration properties. It is used in PVC plastisol's and unsaturated polyesters (glass fiber reinforced). It is also used in solvent-free epoxy systems and polyurethanes.
