Lapox® ARBZ-11 by Atul is bisphenol-A based difunctional and halogen free, benzoxazine thermoset resin. It acts as a heat stabilizer. Exhibits low shrinkage, excellent chemical and thermal resistance. Offers excellent electrical properties, good moisture resistance, high dimensional stability and high glass transition temperature. Lapox® ARBZ-11 is recommended for advanced composites, electronic components, encapsulation, laminates for printed wiring boards and molding compounds. It has a shelf life of one year. Lapox® ASH-10 MIC by Atul is a non-volatile micronised powder suitable to disperse uniformly in epoxy resins. It acts as aromatic amine curing agent. Lapox® ASH-11 MIC is recommended for electrical molding compounds (EMC), FRP composites, manufacturing of polyamides and polyimides, prepregs and printed circuit boards (PCB). It has a shelf-life of 3 years. Lapox® AH-667 by Atul is a viscous liquid aromatic amine hardener having 60% 4,4’-diaminodiphenyl methane and 40% oligomers. It is available in brown viscous liquid at room temperature. It can be made more flowable by heating at 70°C to 80°C. Basic liquid epoxy resin (EEW:190) cured with stoichiometric ratio of Lapox® AH-667 provides glass transition temperature (Tg) over 160°C along with excellent combination of mechanical, electrical and thermal properties. Exhibits excellent electrical insulation properties and high chemical resistance. Suitable for processing by filament winding, pultrusion, lamination and castings. Lapox® AH-667 is recommended for prepreg, electrical components, general engineering components and structural composites. It has a shelf life of one year. Lapox® AH-618 by Atul is a liquid aromatic amine hardner that cures at elevated temperature. It offers good hot wet property and is capable to retain mechanical properties even at high temperature. It has an excellent chemical resistance. Suitable for processing by filament winding and pultrusion, resin transfer molding and wet layup applications. Lapox® AH-618 has a shelf life of one year. Lapox® AH-657 by Atul is a modified aromatic amine based on 4,4’-diamino diphenyl methane available as dark brown viscous liquid. It acts as curing agent and partially cures epoxy resin at ambient temperature It can be made more flowable by heating at 70°C to 80°C. Basic liquid epoxy resin (EEW:190) cured with stoichiometric ratio of Lapox® AH-657 provides glass transition temperature (Tg) above 165°C along with excellent combination of mechanical, electrical
and thermal properties. Exhibits long pot life at ambient temperature and high chemical resistance. Provides stable ‘B’ stage. Suitable for processing by filament winding and pultrusion. Lapox® AH-657 is recommended for prepreg, electrical components, general engineering components and structural composites. It has a shelf life of one year.
