ASACLEAN™ PLUS

ASACLEAN™ PLUS by Asahi Kasei is a high-performance, heat-activated, recyclable purging concentrate ideal for hot runners and low flow areas. It offers extremely effective compatibility with all resins and blends seamlessly using a processor's own production resins. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li> It is excellent cleaner with low-residue formula and matches MFR of processing resins. </li> <li> It is especially designed for injection molding, extrusion including profile, sheet, cast film & compounding and blow molding equipments. </li> <li> It works particularly well for cleaning high cavitation molds and cleaning dies (with easy displacement) in extrusion. </li> <li> ASACLEAN™ PLUS is suitable for most commodity and engineering grade resins within the processing temperature range. </li> <li> The optimum loading is 20% mixed with production resin. </li></ul>

ASACLEAN™ UF2 Grade

ASACLEAN™ UF2 Grade by Asahi Kasei is a versatile, high-performance, general purpose, mechanical purging compound designed for polyethylene resins. It is suited for hot runner systems. It effectively removes gels and contamination that is not carbonized. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li>It holds a bubble in film, and quickly clears the edges of die in sheet extrusion.</li> <li> It is designed for material and color changeovers. </li> <li> It is useful for sealing and shutting down. </li> <li> It is especially designed for injection molding, extrusion including profile, cast film & compounding and blown film equipments. </li> <li> ASACLEAN™ UF2 Grade shows no chemical reaction and does not require soak time. </li> <li> Amount of purge includes 1-2 system capacities (actual amount depends on degree of contamination). </li></ul>

ASACLEAN™ CP Grade by Asahi Kasei is an economical, olefinic-based, mechanical purging compound designed for basic polypropylene and polyethylene material and color changeovers. It is especially suited for fast and effective purging of hot runner systems. <br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"> <li> It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion including profile, sheet, cast film & compounding applications. </li> <li> It is useful for sealing prior to shutdowns and is easily displaced by olefinic resins. </li> <li> ASACLEAN™ CP Grade shows no chemical reaction and does not require soak time. </li> <li> Amount of purge includes 1-2 system capacities (actual amount depends on degree of contamination). </li></ul>
