PHARMACEUTICAL GRADE SOLID MASTERBATCH is available as cylindrical pellets. It has PP as carrier resin. It meets USP 30 section 661 for polypropylene containers. It provides cleaner, clearer looking bottles. Bottles have less haze compared to the industry standard. It is dust free and can be customized to meet specific shades within current industry color standards. Usage may also be customized to meet specific customer feeder requirements. Typical designs are formulated to give the highest possible transparency, while providing the necessary UV blocking, but may be customized to provide a more translucent look. Recommended usage is t1% based on a 30 mil sidewall.
