nCORE™ are optimized chemical blowing agents. They are non-corrosive and help improve heat and sound insulation, Prevention of sink marks, Shorter cycle times. Weight savings can be achieved through density reduction while reduced use of raw materials leads to cost savings. They have an uniform cell structure and yields good surface qualities. Apart from foaming effect, they help reduce density. They produce whiter, cleaner foams and a higher gas yield than endothermic agents alone while still decomposing over a similar temperature range. Suitable for use in foamed PVC extrusion.
