ALNOVOL® PN 160 by allnex is a non-self-curing phenolic resin of the novolak type. Suitable for reinforcing natural-, styrene-butadiene-, EPDM- and nitrile-rubber. It is readily absorbed by the rubber mix and has a strong plasticizing effect.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>After vulcanization the reinforcing effect is seen as increase of tensile strength and modulus as well as by increased hardness levels.</li>
<li> Recommended for use in tires.</li></ul> ALNOVOL® PN760 by allnex is an adhesion promoter. It is a non self-crosslinking modified phenol novolac. Offers reduced reversion, improved aging, improved cord coverage, no fuming, faster mixing, no scorch issue, low cost and improved compound storage stability.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is incorporated into the mix in the first stage of compounding.</li>
<li> ALNOVOL® PN760 does not generate any vapors due to low content of free phenol processing.</li>
<li>It is not accompanied by odorous annoyance and is free of resorcinol. </li><li>It is used in rubber compounds for steel and textile cord.</li>
<li>Recommended for tyres and rubbers.</li></ul>
