Rheocare 8010 Masterbatch

Rheocare 8010 Masterbatch by Welset is a processing aid for low MFI polymers. It improves flow of polymer between polymer long chain molecules, lowers the apparent melt viscosity and allows processors to use high strength polymers.

• It does not reduce the mechanical or physical properties of any type of polymers.
• It is suitable for extrusion, injection molding and blow molding processes.
• It is useful for high temperature processing.
• It eliminates black droplets on die lip and increases strength of filaments.
• It improves mold release and improves dispersion of color and reduces consumption.
