FERROXIDE® J3119 by Venator Materials is a combination of synthetic and natural red iron oxide pigments that are blended together and micronized for ease of dispersion. Meets ASTM C979-82 standards for color pigments used in cement. Exhibits color-stability in processing temperatures up to 1000°C (1832°F). Recommended, owing to its sufficient high-purity, to be used as a colorant in cosmetic, animal and pet food applications and in packaging or articles that come in contact with food (21CFR). FERROXIDE® J3119 offers reliability and consistent quality, stability under exposure to sunlight and UV radiation, and alkali, chemical and weather resistancy. Used for plastics and rubber applications.
