It acts as a nucleating agent and foaming agent masterbatch. It reduces the number of cells that break during compression. As a result the foam compression performance increases particularly for high deformations and the foams present lower residual deformations. Used in the production of PE (low and medium density) and PP foams. The recommended dosage is 1-2%.
