Supplied byUnited Initiators- Last Updated on Jan 13, 2026

TAPEH-75-AL1 by United Initiators is an initiator for bulk or suspension polymerization of styrene, (meth-)acrylates and allyl-monomers. It is used in high-pressure polymerization of ethylene in combination with other peroxides of different thermal stability. It is easy to dose, high activity liquid free from plasticizer. A low residual monomer content can be achieved in combination with other, thermally more stable peroxides. It is tert.amylperoxy-2-ethyl hexanoate, desensitized with high boiling aliphatic hydrocarbons. Recommended usage level is 0.1-0.5% for styrene and 0.1-1% for other monomers. TAPEH-75-AL1 is REACH registered. It has a shelf life of 3 months.
