ETERNATHANE® 430-11 by UBE is a polycarbonate-based TODI-terminated urethane quasi-prepolymer. It provides extreme thermal stability, outstanding hydrolytic stability, high resilience, low compression set and good dynamic load bearing performance. It shows excellent chemical-, solvent-, mechanical wear-, abrasion-, and tear resistance. The viscosity of ETERNATHANE® 430-11 allows manufacturers to produce high-performing and extremely durable elastomers while overcoming handling and viscosity limitations, with processability similar to standard polyether and polyester-based prepolymer offsets. It is designed for urethane elastomers applications demanding an excellent durability and retention of original properties overtime. It can be used for cast and compression molded elastomers in 2 and 3 component systems jointly with standard curative agents.
