ECOMODIC

ECOMODIC distributed by Toyotsu Chemiplas and manufactured by Sanyo Chemical Industries is an environmentally friendly polyolefin dispersant. It can be used in biomass dispersion and compatibilization of polymer alloys.

• It improves the physical properties of biomass composite resins such as moldability and formability.
• It contributes to reducing the use of petroleum-derived raw materials.
• Exhibits low maleic anhydride emissions during kneading and thus reduces environmental impact.
• It also improves mechanical properties like flexural strength and adhesion of the interface between wood flour and polypropylene.
• Suitable for processing by twin-screw extrusion and injection molding.
• ECOMODIC is also used in inorganic filler dispersion such as glass and carbon fiber.
