TOPAS® 8007F-04 by Topas Advanced Polymers (Polyplastics) is a cyclic olefin copolymer (ethylene-norbornene copolymer) grade. Acts as a glossing agent. It is present as odorless, colorless, water-insoluble granules. Provides excellent clarity, high stiffness/modulus, high water vapor barrier properties and good thermoformability. It can be processed using extrusion (film and sheet). Mainly used in coextruded cast film applications, e.g. blister film. Applications include pharmaceutical, medical and food packaging applications. TOPAS® 8007F-04 complies with U.S. Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA).
