Fillite® 500 by Tolsa is a glass hard, inert, hollow silicate ceramic microsphere. It offers filler loading with improved rheology, less shrinkage & warping and improved physical properties in molding, casting & laminates.
- It allows reduced water absorption and provides better flow characteristics, good crush strength, improved flame retardance and improved chemical resistance.
- Fillite® 500 is ideal for phenolics, epoxies, cast polyesters, syntactic foams, BMC, SMC and fibre-reinforced plastics (FRP).
- It is used in PVC flooring, SBR latex carpet backing and automotive sound damping sheets.
