PEPTON® 82

PEPTON® 82 by Thomas Swan is a peptizer. It also acts as a catalytic viscosity reducer for natural rubber and unsaturated synthetic elastomers. It is a blend of 25% dibenzamido diphenyl disulphide (DBD) and organo metal complex with paraffin oil.

• Its recommended dosage level is 0.1 to 0.5 phr for natural rubber and 1.5 to 3.0 phr for unsaturated synthetic elastomers.
