Sinpolene MBN7574 by Teknor Apex is a low odor, clarifying concentrate containing nucleating agent 8%. It enhances the clarity of PP homopolymer and random copolymer. It provides transparency, better clarity, gloss and smoothness on surface. This masterbatch improves dimensional stability and flexural modulus. It reduces molding cycle time possible due to higher crystallization temperature. This additive prevents sink mark. It is approved for food contact applications. Sinpolene MBN7574 is designed for injection molding, profile & sheet extrusion. The recommended dosage is 2.0-4.0%.
