Syntex ER-III acts as an optical brightener by Synchemer. It is a 1,4-bis(4-cyanostyryl)benzene available in yellowish green crystal powder form. It can improve thermal stability when mix with Syntex ER-I and ER-II. Syntex ER-III is suitable for polyester ethylic acid, nylon and plastics.
