Iriotec® 8855 by Susonity is a high speed, antimony free, laser marking pigment. It is used in plastic components subjected to high demands regarding temperature resistance, weather resistance and purity. It is free from intentionally added heavy metal compounds, in line with RoHS or CONEG regulations.
- It offers heat stability in all polymers under normal processing conditions.
- It is suitable for diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS), fiber laser.
- It shows very good performance in transparent silicone rubber.
- Iriotec® 8855 is suitable for dark markings on polymers with a tendency towards light markings such as POM, PA and PMMA.
- It should be incorporated via masterbatch for a good homogenisation.
