STRUKTOL® WS 280 PASTE by Struktol is a processing additive based on organosilicones. It improves flow properties & release behavior in the processing of rubber and mold release of vulcanizates. It has low volatility at high temperature, reduces mold fouling and provides good extrusion and excellent injection molding properties. It is highly compatible with FPM compounds and rubber which enables utilization of the highly efficient lubrication effects of silicone without exudation or bloom. The recommended dosage of STRUKTOL® WS 280 PASTE is 0.5-1.5 phr. The shelf life of this product is 18 months.
