STRUKTOL® WS 180 by Struktol is a processing additive based on organosilicones. This condensation product of fatty acid derivatives and silicones is highly compatible with rubber compounds. It improves flow properties, release behavior and mold release of vulcanizates. STRUKTOL® WS 180 lowers viscosity and improves mill release. It is used in the processing of ACM and ECO elastomers. The suggested dosage level is 0.5-3 phr. The shelf life of this product is 18 months.
