Struktol® WB 16 by Struktol is a lubricant and processing additive with remarkable release effect. It improves flow properties in rubber compounds.
- It reduces viscosity (internal friction) of the green compound and decrease of the sliding friction when in contact with metal surfaces.
- It eliminates sticking to rotors in internal mixers or on open mills and calender rolls.
- It has a slight activating effect on the cure rate of sulfur-containing compounds.
- The recommended dosage level is 0.5 to 3% of the total batch weight.
- The shelf life of Struktol® WB 16 is 2 years.
