Struktol® TR 251

STRUKTOL® TR 251 by Struktol is a processing agent. It is a unique blend of anionic and ionic surfactant with lubricant designed for applications where EBS (ethyl bis-stearamide) is commonly used. It is suitable for ABS compounds, rigid PVC extrusions, color concentrates and other high-filled applications (e.g. calcium carbonate filled polypropylene). STRUKTOL® TR 251 has enhanced functionality. It is also an efficient process aid in polyolefin, PVC, and ABS based wood composites where it enhances flow and improves fiber dispersion & surface quality. It is used as an anti-stat in BOPP, PE and PP film. The addition levels for ABS, PVC & PS, wood composites, olefins & BOPP, PE & PP film is 0.5-2.0%, 1.0-3.0%, <0.5% % & <3.0% respectively. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
