Sovrez 7530 Z

Thermoreactive phenol formaldehyde resin blended with zinc oxide. It is used in curing butyl, elastomers with low unsaturation. Provides improved mixing and better dispersion of the curing ingredients compared to adding the resin and zinc oxide separately thanks to a more consistent product, better physical properties and prolonged bladder life. Main uses are in pharmaceutical parts, masking tapes, butyl curing bladders, air bags, seals and products which are subjected to high heat and steam.
