LOTADER® 5500 by SK Functional Polymer is terpolymer of ethylene (E), ethyl acrylate (EA) and maleic anhydride (MAH). Acts as an adhesion promoter on various substrates. Shows compatibility with LDPE in all proportions, and with almost all other ethylene copolymers. Offers softness and polarity, while keeping high thermal stability during processing. Exhibits very versatile adhesive properties to polar and non polar substrates and to molten polymers. LOTADER® 5500 is mainly used as pure or in blends with polyolefins as thermoadhesive films or adhesives.
