SILMAFLAME AX1765

SILMAFLAME AX1765 by Silma is a highly concentrated masterbatch of halogen-free, flame retardant on polyolefinic carriers, according to IEC 61249-2-21 until 35% in weight. It is a colorless, not migrating and thermally stable grade. It makes PP copolymer, homopolymer and random polymer able to comply with UL 94 class V0 depending on the dosage (25-30%). It is applicable in electrical components (electrical field for its glow wire performance), naval pipes, fireproof panels for interior, containers & boxes, plastic pallets and many other injection molding and extrusion applications. Recommended dosage level for polyethylene is 30-35% and for other polymers (PP and EVA) is 25-35%. SILMAFLAME AX1765 has a shelf life of one year. It does not contain any forbidden substance listed in the RoHS.
