PEH-11 by Shandong Repolyfine Additives is a lubricant based on low molecular weight polyethylene wax. It improves plasticizing, thermal stability, fluidity of the processing, toughness of the plastic products and surface smoothness. It increases the extrusion efficiency and effectively reduces the precipitation of PVC products in the processing. It is suitable for functional color-, biological dual degradable color- and filler masterbatch. PEH-11 is used for all soft and hard PVC profiles, extrusion, calendering, injection processing, pipe, sheet binder, board, PE/PVC cable and wood plastic composite. It has a shelf life of one year.
