Nuosen Desiccant Masterbatch G7 acts as a processing aid for solving blister problems during recycled plastic processing by Shandong Nuosen Plastic. It is a functional, grey-colored, calcium oxide, desiccant masterbatch. It contains polyethylene as a carrier resin. It is non-toxic and shows compatibility with PE and PP resins. It offers uniform particle size, good printing performance and good plasticizing properties. It improves production efficiency and reduces energy consumption. It is suitable for pipes, sheets, wire drawings, blown and cast films applications. Nuosen Desiccant Masterbatch G7 is designed for film blowing, blow- and injection molding. Recommended dosage level is 2-5%.
