Rhenofit® DDA

Rhenofit® DDA by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an antioxidant natural- and synthetic rubbers. It prevents damage by oxygen and heat in NR, IR, BR, SBR and CR.

• It is suitable for applications at higher temperatures.
• It is effective against dynamic crack formation caused by oxygen.
• It meets the requirements for goods which come into contact with foodstuff, provided that the amount does not exceed 1.4% calculated on the finished goods.
• It finds application in heat resistance goods, bicycle tires, inner tubes, sponge rubber and shoe soles.
• Recommended dosage level as antioxidant and for protection against rubber poisons is 1-2 phr and as anti-flex cracking agent is 1.5-3.5 phr.
• Rhenofit® DDA has a shelf life of 1 year.
