Rhenofit® BDMA/S

Rhenofit® BDMA/S by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is an activator for peroxide vulcanization. It increases hardness, higher moduli, outstanding resilience and good abrasion resistance. The degree of polymer cross-linking may be considerably increased from what is normally obtained by higher dosages of peroxide. It is applicable in molded and extruded technical articles based on EPDM, EPM, NBR, CM like seals, bushings, cables and profiles. Recommended dosage level is 1-3 phr, depending on the kind of peroxide. Rhenofit® BDMA/S has a shelf life of 2 years.
