Rhenodiv® MR-80 SI N by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a mold release agent based on a polydimethylsiloxane emulsion and rubber friendly surfactants. It prevents the rubber from sticking to the mold and gives only very little mold fouling. Rhenodiv® MR-80 SI N shows a high gloss effect and pleasant feeling surface, after deforming the rubber goods. Recommended dosage level is 0.5 – 1%. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
