Rhenodiv® BP-2864 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a silicone-based, ready-to-use inside tire release agent free of solvents. It exhibits excellent release with outstanding slip properties. It provides the necessary venting characteristics to eliminate trapped air during the vulcanization process. Its selected components prevent flaking of the release agent from the cured tire and the bladder. The product is black-colored to produce a pleasing look of the vulcanized inner liner. Rhenodiv® BP-2864 has a shelf life of 18 months.
