Rhenodiv® BO-S

Rhenodiv® BO-S by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent that prevents the sticking together of raw rubber or uncured rubber compounds, blanks and profiles. It is a blend of surface-active substances with film-forming agents in a concentrated, aqueous solution. It forms a thin, stable film on the surface of the rubber compounds that can prevent them from sticking together. It provides a finished article with a more attractive appearance and can avoid water spots. It has no adverse effect on the processability of uncured compounds, respectively the finished article. It can be used for colored articles to retain their brilliance and for the production of extruded profiles and hoses. It is applicable in the compounding and extruding process. Recommended dosage level of Rhenodiv® BO-S is 5-10%. It has a shelf life of 15 months.
