Rhenodiv® BO-LL/30P

Rhenodiv® BO-LL/30P by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent that prevents the sticking together of raw rubber or uncured rubber compounds, blanks and profiles. It is an aqueous solution of a blend of fatty acid salts with water-soluble high molecular substances. It exhibits no influence on the physical properties nor in the aging behavior of the vulcanizates. It imparts the curing of open cured profiles. It forms a thin film on the surface of the rubber compounds which prevents the sticking of semi-finished articles, sheets and water stains in steam cures. It finds application in the mixing department. Recommended dosage level of Rhenodiv® BO-LL/30P is 4-16%. It has a shelf life of 15 months.
