Rhenodiv® BO-7665-1

Rhenodiv® BO-7665-1 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a batch-off compound release agent used to prevent the adhesion of uncured rubber and milled sheets. It is a combination of inorganic fillers, calcium stearate and surface-active substances. It forms a thin, flexible film on the surface of milled sheets. It exhibits good release and anti-corrosive properties. It can prevent the formation of dust. Recommended dosage level for regular compounds based on diene rubbers is 2-3% and for masticated NR or soft butyl compounds is 3-4% dispersion in water. Rhenodiv® BO-7665-1 has a shelf life of 2 years.
