Rhenodiv® BO-501-2

Rhenodiv® BO-501-2 by Rhein Chemie Additives (Lanxess Group) is a compound release agent in powder form for batch-off operations. It exhibits excellent release effect, easy to disperse in water, fast-drying, wetting of rubber sheets, minimal sedimentation and foam formation. It possesses low working concentration, consumption, dust formation and build-up and contamination of the equipment. It forms a thin, flexible film on the surface of the rubber sheets. The special inorganic fillers of optimized particle size distribution act as microscopic spacers between the sheets, providing excellent release properties. It prevents sheets from slipping during storage while allowing smooth, continuous feeding of extruders. It offers economic and efficient working. It shows compatibility with water of different hardness. It finds application in standard slab dip equipment. Recommended dosage level is 1.5-3%, depending on the type of rubber compound. Rhenodiv® BO-501-2 has a shelf life of 24 months.
