Reagens AP/25

Reagens AP/25 by Reagens is calcium-zinc-based stabilizer. It is used for refrigerator gaskets and general purpose applications. This additive is suitable for light colors and for plasticized extrusion processes. It imparts good thermal stability and excellent color. Therefore, its use is suggested for the production of white items. The addition of an epoxy compound, such as Reaflex EP/6 (about 2-5 phr), markedly improves the long term heat stability. The recommended dosage level for Reagens AP/25 is 1.5-3.0 phr or 0.8-1.8 for rigid or plasticized PVC. The shelf life of this product is 24 months.
