TUFRov® 4510

TUFRov® 4510 by PPG Fiber Glass is a tailor-made roving glass fiber grade. Acts as a reinforcing agent. Each package is in a wrap film with each pallet stretch wrapped to protect the fiber glass roving from dirt and moisture. Exhibits excellent spreadability of the roving filaments allowing complete resin impregnation and highest mechanical as-molded properties. Sizing on the fiber surface has been tailored to provide optimal balance of dry strength, fiber resin wetting and minimal sizing rub-off on process contact points. Offers best-in-class long term hydrolytic stability and excellent processing. Designed for processing by thermoplastic pultrusion. TUFRov® 4510 by PPG Fiber Glass is suitable for long fiber polyamide (PA) processes such as granulate long fiber thermoplastic (GLFT) and direct long fiber thermoplastic (DLFT).
