Chopped Strand Mat 92

Chopped Strand Mat 92 by PPG Industries is an emulsion bound chopped strand mat (E-glass fiber), designed to cover a wide range of applications by normal hand lay-up techniques. Offers soft handling and conforms well to complicated mold shapes. Possesses medium bulk and capability of effective working over the range of resin to glass ratios from 1.8:1 to 2.8:1 without undue effort. Provides medium bulk with good resin absorption characteristics. Exhibits fast wet through and wet out and good air release. Chopped Strand Mat 92 is suitable for use with most types of unsaturated polyester resins.
