Azodicarbonamide AC-5

Azodicarbonamide AC-5 by Polytrans acts as a foaming agent of heat decomposition type. It has small decomposition temperature range. It can be decomposed into N₂, CO, CO₂. It is free from poison, smell and pollution, but it can be decomposed at high temperature (>120°C). Imparts good elasticity, homogeneous foamed apertures and high strength of the appropriate production. It is used for producing various foamed plastics as PVC, EVA, PP, PE, PS. Azodicarbonamide AC-5 can also be used in imitation leather.
